These general terms and conditions (hereinafter „T&Cs“) govern the rights and obligations of the contracting parties arising from the service agreement between 221 s.r.o., registered at Jelšová 1, 831 01 Bratislava, ID: 52 440 184, Tax ID: 2121035664, VAT ID: SK2121035664, registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court Bratislava III (hereinafter „Provider“ or „Staywee“), and the client (hereinafter „Client“).
1. Subject of the contract
The subject of the contract is the provision of short-term rental services, in particular consulting, setup and optimization of profiles on Airbnb and Booking.com, professional photography, copywriting, pricing, and other related services per the current offer at staywee.com.
2. Conclusion of the contract
The contract is concluded based on the Client's order and is validly concluded by written confirmation from the Provider or by payment of an advance invoice.
3. Price and payment terms
- Current prices are listed in the price list or individual quote.
- The Provider is a VAT payer; unless stated otherwise, prices exclude VAT.
- Standard invoice due date is 14 days.
- For orders above €500 the Provider may require a 50% advance.
- The Provider is entitled to statutory late-payment interest.
4. Client rights and obligations
- The Client provides necessary cooperation (property access, materials, profile access).
- The Client declares they are authorized to rent the property in compliance with applicable law.
- The Client is responsible for the accuracy of information provided.
5. Provider rights and obligations
- The Provider delivers services with professional care.
- Most projects can be prepared within 10–14 days of the initial consultation.
- The Provider does not guarantee a specific number of bookings or revenue.
- The Provider may use subcontractors.
6. Photography services and copyright
Photographs are copyrighted works. The Client receives a non-exclusive license to use them for the rental of the specific property. Transfer to third parties only with written consent.
7. Withdrawal from the contract
- A consumer Client has the right to withdraw within 14 days per applicable law.
- Cancellation of a photography appointment less than 48h in advance — 50% fee.
- The Provider may withdraw on payment delay of more than 30 days.
8. Complaints
Submit complaints to info@staywee.com within 14 days. The Provider decides within 30 days.
9. Alternative dispute resolution
Consumers may turn to the Slovak Trade Inspection (www.soi.sk) or the EU ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
10. Final provisions
- Relations are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic.
- These T&Cs take effect on June 12, 2026.
