A complete launch is a one-time service — we prepare and launch your rental, then you operate independently (optionally with monthly monitoring). Full management is an ongoing service where we take over the day-to-day operation of your rental, including guest communication and cleaning coordination.

The commission ranges between 20–25% of revenue depending on location, seasonality and management complexity. We agree on the exact rate after a free consultation and analysis of your property. City tax is paid directly by the guest; larger repairs and maintenance are agreed in advance outside regular operations.
